We collect only the information needed to provide bin valet service: your contact details, service address, bin details, access instructions, and photos you upload.

We never sell your information. Payment details are handled by our secure payment provider and are never stored on BinRollers systems.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. It shares with Meta Platforms which pages you visit on this site, when you open the signup form, the numbers of signup steps you successfully complete, when you complete a signup, and technical data such as your browser, IP address and Meta cookies. Opening the form is not a completed registration. Step tracking does not share what you type, your chosen plan, service details, notes, passwords or payment information. We do not send your name, email, address or payment details to Meta.

In regions where the law requires consent (such as the EU, UK and Switzerland), the pixel only runs after you click Accept. Elsewhere it runs by default. You can accept, reject or withdraw anytime using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; a rejection stops the pixel right away. You can also adjust ad preferences in your Facebook account settings.
